NAME: Foo Fighters aka F.F.
AGE: F.F. has been alive in her current state for "several years", and lives in a corpse that is 22 years old. Mentally she is closer to about 18-19.
CANON & HISTORY: A wiki link that sums up her personal history. However it's a bit barebones so I wrote up a more extended summary of her canon history.
This link has a summary of Stone Ocean in general. The chapters relevant for F.F. go from "There's Six of Them!" to "New Moon! New Priest" the last chapter which ends with her death.

I'm also going to link a summary of what Stands are because oh boy will I be using this terminology a lot when it comes to F.F. I'll also have a general summary of this in the power section.

First it should be stated "Foo Fighters" is not a human being. "She" began her existence as plankton on a sea marsh near the Green Dolphin Street Prison of Florida. One day a man named Enrico Pucci, with the ability to grant people Stands via his own power, needed someone to guard the barn where he discarded any Stand discs he did not need. However he could not trust someone who was not loyal to him, especially in a prison where people will barter and trade their way to get what they desire. For that reason he grabbed one of the discs he had and tossed it into some nearby sea marsh. The colony of plankton in that marsh latched onto the disc, gained sentience, and was able to create a physical form when bundled together. This hivemind bundle is Foo Fighters.

F.F. only lived to serve Pucci, who she never actually saw in person and only knew by encountering his Stand, White Snake. Her only purpose for living was to guard the barn with the stand discs, and describes her experience during that time as mechanical - acting only as she was told. She did not even have the ability to form memories, and so the years blurred together without cohesion. This is how she lived for several years, until she encountered two women who were looking for those discs - Jolyne Cujoh and Ermes Costello.

She attacked these two women, possessing three other girls at the same time to better her chances, but was thwarted when Jolyne cornered her in an area with no water to reform herself. Yet as F.F. began to break apart without a source of water, Jolyne took mercy on her and poured water on her so she could survive. After being saved by Jolyne and receiving her mercy despite all reason, F.F. developed the ability to retain memories which became her "intelligence." To repay Jolyne's kindness in sparing her life, F.F. chose to devote her purpose to helping Jolyne save her father's life by getting the memory disc that Whitesnake stole.

From this point on, F.F. plays a supporting role in the series as one of Jolyne's allies. All the while she begins to adjust to living as a human being and the new wonders she could never experience as a guard for discs in a bog. For F.F., her journey is of self-discovery as much as it is helping Jolyne. The events unfold like the wiki describes, until she is killed by Pucci after he realizes F.F.'s betrayal.

Before she dies, F.F. saves the life of Annasui and recovers a disc with the memories of Jolyne's father Jotaro Kujo. While F.F. could be technically revived from her demise by tossing her disc into another batch of plankton, she explains that it would just create a new version of her without the same memories. She asks Jolyne not to do that, because her intelligence is her memories, and so it would be pointless to bring her back if she doesn't have them. Though her life was short, F.F. learned the value of having a real life of her own. More importantly, she learned life is not just for its own sake but for using to explore the world and help others.

CANON POINT: Post-Death, which occurs in JJBA Stone Ocean, Chapter 95: New Moon! New Priest.

PERSONALITY:
"Look at me, Jolyne. This is my spirit... my intellect. I was alive."

When boiled down to our basic core, how does one define intelligent life? For Foo Fighters, the answer she would give with immediacy is "memories." The ability to form memories, to retain them, to act upon them - to have this ability means to be an intelligent life form. Before meeting Jolyne, F.F. only had mechanical instincts telling her what to do and how to feel. She only lived for the singular purpose of guarding discarded discs. With the ability to make memories, F.F. was given the freedom to make her own decisions and create a new sense of purpose for herself. Even if it lasted only a few short weeks, it was the first time in several years that she became truly alive.

Let's start from the beginning though. Learning about humans and their society, F.F. is wildly eager with her curiosity no matter how she may be treated. People can yell in her face and she'll take it in stride, because it helps her learn how to behave. As such she is often quirky in her behavior, and does things that may be regarded as weird by human standards without care. She sometimes shows little regard for what people think of her, but that does slowly shift as she lives among people more. At one point she goes so far as to do the opposite of what she regularly does, because she believes being a better person means making compromises and also changing yourself to be more liked.

(Whether or not this is a good tactic is debatable - again, F.F. is plankton and doesn't always absorb and interpret information a human would.)

Yet she can quickly turn angry if someone acts against her in a way she can't forgive. Stealing something from her, or attacking her, brings about a more ruthlessly violent side. Someone decided to drink from her water cup while she was playing catch, and she dislocated their jaw. For such a minor offense the punishment she deals out is extreme, but she doesn't see it that way. It's her water cup and it's their fault for trying to take it. This is how F.F. regularly treats people who piss her off - she's a nice person until you try messing with her.

Now this rule doesn't always hold true. If she sees a benefit to working with someone, she will tolerate a lot of stupid shit. When she resolves to rescue Jolyne from the maximum security ward, she teams up with a murderer who treats her like total dirt and never hides his disgust of her. While she may not like this man, she works alongside him because Jolyne's safety is what she prioritizes. When she has a goal, she'll work to reach it regardless of what may stand in her way.

In the midst of battle, F.F. is similarly ruthless. Due to her ability to heal her body, F.F. will frequently throw herself into danger knowing that she can sustain damage. She loses her arms, has the top of her scalp cut through, and half her face even melts in acid. Yet through all this she maintains a collect cool and constantly thinks of new tactics on her feet. She adapts very quickly to new situations, and rarely hesitates in making a decision. The only time hesitation comes is when the question becomes not about protecting herself, but her friends well-being. She doesn't mind endangering her life, so long as her "intellect" does not suffer, but she is fiercely protective of her friends.

Now mind you, this fierce protective instinct has more to do with Jolyne saving her life previously and giving her the chance to live a life of her own choosing. When it comes to everyday people, F.F. is friendly but wouldn't jump to protect another person over herself unless she comes to bond with the person. She is heroic because of her love for those she cares for, but she would not put herself in danger for no reason at all. There is definitely an instinctual selfishness in her, as she hurts people and allows people to be hurt without regard unless it's Jolyne and friends.

At the end of her life, F.F. does not bemoan her death but is simply glad to know she was able to retain her intelligence through the end. For her, the ability to be intelligent and sentient is not something she can take for granted as a human does. It was pure chance that she was able to have the ability to live outside the wetlands she came out of, and she doesn't regret using it to protect the friends she made. F.F.'s death is only tragic because of all the odds she fought against to stay alive, as Pucci tried to destroy her ability to think, not just her body.

In the end he may have brought her death, but he did not kill her intelligence. To her, that is something she is grateful of even as she fades away. She died, but she was alive and all she asks is that Jolyne remembers the memories they share. For memories, intelligence, is what it means to be alive.

POWERS:
As mentioned in her canon history + personality, F.F. is not a human but a sentient conglomeration of plankton that gained intelligence after developing a Stand. I'm also going to link this wiki page for easy reference of the powers I describe.

To keep things short, Stands are a manifestation of a person's soul in the form of a physical being. Stands can be born from any living being, from humans, to animals, and even to a colony of plankton. After Enrico Pucci threw a Stand disc into a wetlands bog, the plankton living inside attached to the disc and gained the ability to create a physical form by bundling together.

Now in order to stay land-bound, F.F. must stay inside of a human or some other organism with water inside it. Without a continuous source of water, F.F. cannot be on land for more than a few minutes before the plankton making her up begin to die. This means she would fall until biological imperative under humanization.

What this means for the game is that F.F. will be able to stay within her human body, but will be incapable of leaving it in the low-frequency worlds. Any attempt to leave the body will be met with instant deterioration of the plankton. As she is unable to leave the body currently occupied, F.F.'s abilities are naturally sealed off as they require the plankton to exit to be effective.

Upon entering a high-frequency world, the plankton that make up F.F. will be able to leave without danger. F.F. does this by essentially shooting bits of plankton out of her index finger (literal finger gun.) If the plankton reaches target, F.F. would be able to manipulate the body of whatever she targets like a parasite. This can be good or bad.

Good is when F.F. can use her plankton to heal people's wounds. She can seal even large wounds within a minute, which can potentially save people from lethal blows. This includes healing the body she is in as well, as the plankton can manipulate and reshape the body as they see fit.

Bad is when F.F. can cause internal damage to anyone's insides, or even manipulate their body like a puppet if she gets enough of "herself" inside of them. A few shots of plankton could definitely do internal damage, but wouldn't be enough to take a person over. It'd require at least 1/3rd of the plankton making her up to physically (not mentally) possess a person.

As a hivemind collective, F.F. can infiltrate multiple people at the same time and still retain intelligence and sentient ability to control them all at once. The more she splits up however, the weaker the control. While controlling her main body, she wouldn't be able to go past two people without being severely weakened and even that much is a strain. This ability won't be used unless consulted with the player involved ahead of time however.

OTHER: None

GAME INFO;

MAGIC ABILITY: F.F. will be able to channel water to heal people. The more water she has, the faster and better she can heal someone. A little water can heal scrapes and cuts, but it certainly won't do for larger injuries. If she's in a large body of water with someone, she can heal them significantly faster and even same them from lethal wounds. She can also heal herself through this power.

(NOTE: THIS SECTION WAS AMENDED TO REFLECT REVISION REQUESTS.)

PRICE: She would lose the little mechanical item she uses to hold up her index finger, which makes it easier for her to smoothly shoot plankton out of her body.

ACCLIMATION: 8. In her world F.F. is now dead, so she has no real quarrels about needing to return. And frankly she will be grateful to be alive in another realm, her intelligence still intact and saved. To her, the ability to remain sentient and self-aware means everything and she would do whatever it takes to survive. She won't know how to feel about the new situation she's in initially, but to her it's just a hurdle she will need to overcome and strive in. At most she will be worried about what happened to her friends.
